January 2006 January.3.2006..Emily shows up at Sonny's and has a fantasy he tells her he needs her. Sonny does need her but its to hang out with the boys. Emily takes the boys to the park, and Liz show's up, and they discuss how Em's fantasies of her and Sonny are getting hotter. Later Emily fantasizes again, but this time Sonny is proposing, and he get's shot. It leaves Emily scared, and wondering if that's what's gonna happen if she ends up with Sonny.

January.4.2006..Sonny invites Emily to dinner much to Carly's dismay, they flirt and talk .During dinner later on from to much wine Emily admits she's falling in love with Sonny.

January.5.2005..Emily tells Sonny she is falling for him, but thinks it because of the wine. Emily embarrassed tries to leave, but Sonny wants to talk to her and they talk. Emily wanting to get away from her declaration falls over a lamp becoming even more embarrassed. She finally leaves and goes to talk to Liz while's Sonny talks to jason and admits he lied to Em about not feeling anything for her because he does.

January.6.2006..Carly can't find Michael so she ask Sonny where he is. Michael is by the lake, and Emily walks by just in time to save him from drowing in the ice water, which Carly and Sonny are greatful for. Later Sonny comes in and takes care of Emily thanking her with a passionate first kiss by the fire.

January.9.2006...SEm's passionate kiss continues, but Sonny pulls away from Emily. He tries to explain why it can't happen again, but Emily is heartbroken and leaves. Emily goes to the dock and has a flashback to SEm's first kiss. Nik shows up and ask who hurt her, Emily say's she's fine, and then heads to the hospital where she tells Liz she needs a distraction and that would be Patrick Drake.

January.12.2006..Sonny finds out Emily had a date with Patrick and isn't happy about it. He later talks to Liz, and then goes to Patrick and let's him know what's what.

January.13.2006...Sonny makes it clear to Patrick he better not hurt Emily. Emily arrives not happy with Sonny. They argue and Sonny admits he does care about her. Later after Emily tells of Jason she shows up at Sonny wanting the back and forth to end. As she goes to leave he pulls her back because he can't deny he's fallen for her.

January.16.2006..SEm kiss, and Sonny tries to backtrack again, but this time Emily won't let him. They agree to date, and Sonny gives Emily a watch for her birthday which leads to a very steamy kiss. After Sonny comes to meet Emily to take her on their first date at the hospital.

January.17.2006.. SEm's date continues but not with out CarJax/Nico making it more than a little interesting. Sonny ask Emily to dance and they get caught in a moment. They head to Sonny's for alone time,but run into Courtney who is upset by Nik,and blames Emily. Later SEm are at Sonny's and he questions if Em is ready to be with him, so he sends her home to think and if she comes back to him then they will be together.

Jaunary.19.2006..Emily goes to see Sonny and let's him know she knows she wants to be with him, and later has a confrotation with Nik over Sonny.
Jauary.23.2006..Nik and Emily get into another fight, and Sonny steps in. Later SEm support each other through out the Manny Ruiz trial. After the trial, Alexis and Ric go off on Sonny. Emily comes in and defends him. After she heads to Sonny and SEm fight not to give each other up. Jason shows up and Sonny hates his cold behavior to Emily.

January.24.2006..SEm share a moment after Sonny ask Emily to pick up the boys and her confrontation with Carly. Later Emily and Jason argue about SEm and so do CarSon.SEm both tell Jarly they will have to deal with them being together.

January.27.2006..Emily shows up to work, and gets a suprise from Sonny an invitation to Skyline Lodge. Emily gladly accepts, even though after a confrontation with Jason makes Sonny want to reconsider. He shows up with a rose and plans to be with Emily but the voices in his head stop him and leaves. Emily shows up shortly after and realizes she may not be able to go through with this alone. Just as she is about to leave Sonny show's up, and they talk which leads to SEm fighting and giving into their feelings as they begin to make love. But, Jason dampens those plans when he shows up guns blazing.
